What this page covers
This policy describes what the Propgent marketing website collects when you visit it or use the live-demo form. Data handled inside the Propgent application on behalf of a customer organization (contacts, call recordings, transcripts) is controlled by that organization and governed by its agreement with us.
What we collect
- Demo requests: the name, phone number and email address you type into the form on the live-demo page, plus the IP address the request came from.
- Demo line calls: calls to the demo phone number are recorded and transcribed so we can improve the demo agent. You will hear a disclosure at the start of the call.
- Server logs: standard request logs (path, status, timestamp, IP) kept for security and troubleshooting.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about the demo you asked for.
- To protect the form from abuse (we limit requests per IP address).
- To keep the site secure and working.
Where it lives and who sees it
Demo requests are stored in our database hosted on Supabase (Amazon Web Services, us-east-1). Only Propgent staff who handle demos can read them. We never sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host our systems.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests until the demo is done and you tell us to delete them, or until we periodically clear old requests. Server logs are kept for at most 90 days. Demo requests specifically store the contact details you submitted and the request’s IP address for abuse prevention, and are deleted within 90 days.
Your choices
Email hello@propgent.io to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, or to ask us not to call you. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
