1. Who we are

Propgent provides AI voice agents, a lightweight CRM and related tools for real-estate professionals. By using this website, calling the demo line, or creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. The demo line

The demo phone number connects you to a demonstration agent for a fictional brokerage. Calls are recorded and transcribed. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information on the demo line. Nothing the demo agent says is an offer to buy, sell or rent property.

3. Accounts and credits

• Creating an account and testing your agent in the browser is free.
• Live calling uses minute packs bought in advance. Minutes never expire. Each call is billed per started minute of connected time.
• A phone number is issued only after identity and business verification. We may decline or withdraw a number if verification fails or the account is used unlawfully.
• Refunds and credit adjustments are handled case by case; email us to ask.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how your agent calls people. You must comply with the telemarketing, recording-consent and do-not-call laws that apply where you and your callers are (for example TCPA and state rules in the United States, and TRAI rules in India). Propgent enforces quiet hours and per-organization do-not-call lists and discloses that callers are speaking with an AI; you must not disable or work around those protections. Spam, harassment, fraud and unlawful discrimination are prohibited.

5. Service changes and availability

We improve the product continuously and may change or retire features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Telephone carriers and third-party providers are outside our control.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propgent is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
